Fares for children and infants
Fares for children aged 2 to 12 years are 50% of the adult fare. Tickets for infants (under 2 years old) are free of charge when a seat is not required for the infant. Please note that tickets for unaccompanied children may only be booked by calling Customer Service at +358 (0) 200 18181. All unaccompanied children must be over 7 years old in order to fly.

One-way ticket. Ticket may be cancelled, re-issued under another name or rebooked up to 2 hours prior to departure. A rebooking fee of 20€ per change will be charged for all changes made. Ticket downgrades are not permitted. |

Rebookings and cancellations
Rebookings and cancellations on reservations are possible according to ticket class rules. Cancellations are possible by calling Customer Service or by sending an e-mail to contact.fi@fast-class.com. Cancellations made via e-mail will be confirmed with a reply from Customer Service. Text messages are not accepted.
Rebookings on FLEX tickets are possible online through "Manage bookings." FLEX tickets may be reviewed, rebooked, and tickets and receipts printed here.
Re-issuing a ticket under a new name must always be done by contacting Fast Class Customer Service at +358 (0) 200 18181. This rule applies to all ticket classes.
Payments
Bookings can be paid by Visa and Master Card credit cards. In the web store, payment may also be made via Finnish web banks.
