Check-in

Clients are asked to arrive in the terminal 30 minutes before departure. Check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure.
If a passenger arrives at check-in later than 10 minutes prior to the flight, Express Check-in can be performed if it does not cause unreasonable hindrance to other passengers or to the operative functions of the flight. A 50 € Express Check-in fee will be charged for each Express Check-in passenger.

Luggage

Maximum luggage weight in the helicopter is 15 kg/passenger. There is a surcharge of 5 € / kg for each additional kilo. Maximum luggage measurements are 49 cm x 65 cm x 28cm.

Please note that only a small bag or backpack is permitted as hand luggage in the cabin. Laptops and bigger hand luggage are carried in the hold. The hold is packed carefully without harm to any item.

Please inform Customer Service when travelling with a golf bag or a firearm in the hold. The special service fees for these items are 25 € /golfbag/flight and 15 €/firearm/flight.

Unaccompanied children

Since Copterline does not have a cabin crew, unaccompanied children under 7 years of age cannot be allowed on board. Children aged 7 to 12 years are allowed on board if the guardian fills an Unaccompanied Child form at check-in. The designated adult must be at the destination terminal on time to receive the child. A child will be handed over to the adult only when the adult’s identity is proven. Tickets for unaccompanied children may be booked by calling Customer Service at +358 (0) 200 18181.
 

Passengers with reduced mobility

Passengers with reduced mobility or other disabilities are asked to inform Customer Service in advance about needed special services. Call +358 (0) 200 18181 or send an e-mail to contact.fi@fast-class.com.

Pets and guide dogs

As a general rule, Copterline does not allow animals on board the flights. The only exception is very small dogs that may be transported in a bag equivalent to the size of a ladies’ handbag. In such case Customer Service must be notified by phone when booking the ticket.
