General Info

Clients are asked to arrive in the terminal 30 minutes before departure. The check-in counter is closed 10 minutes prior to departure.

Since Copterline does not have cabin crew, unaccompanied children aged under 7 years cannot be taken on board. Children aged from 7 to 11 years we ask the guardian to fill a form of an Unaccompanied Child at the check-in.

Maximum luggage weight in the helicopter is 10 kg/person. Surcharge of 5 € / kg for each extra kilo. Maximum luggage measurements are 49cmx65cmx28cm.

Please inform our customer service when travelling with a golfbag. We will charge an extra fee of 15 EUR/golfbag/flight.
